At Sweetfin, sustainability is one of our core values. We follow a “pole to bowl” philosophy, ensuring our fish is from the freshest, safest sources and is fresh cut in-house daily. All of our fish is responsibly sourced, from our yellowfin tuna to our shrimp.

With fish sourcing approved by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch, Aquaculture Stewardship Council, Marine Stewardship Council, and Best Aquaculture Practices, Sweetfin prioritizes sustainable raising and catching of our fish. It is important to have such practices to help our planet- sustainable fishing creates less waste and ocean pollution while reducing fishing energy consumption in comparison to the effects of standard fishing.
